Colorful aliens fill the grid in a game where a single win can trigger a long chain reaction. In Reactoonz, there are no traditional paylines. Instead, wins are created by symbols forming clusters that disappear, making room for new combinations.

Gameplay

A win is awarded when at least five matching symbols touch each other horizontally or vertically. Winning symbols disappear, and new ones fall into place, potentially triggering additional wins during the same spin.

Key Features

Reactoonz's special features can transform the game grid during a spin and keep winning chain reactions going even after no new cluster wins are formed. Multiple features can be activated within the same game round.

Giantoonz and the Transforming symbol

During a game round, four matching symbols can form a 2×2 Giantoonz. If the Giantoonz is part of a winning cluster, the value of that win is doubled.

In addition, one one-eyed symbol type is selected as the Fluctuating Symbol for each round. If it becomes part of a winning cluster, it leaves behind two Wild symbols that can trigger new chain reactions.

Quantum Leap and Quantum features

Each cluster win charges one of the five Quantum Leap meters. When a meter is fully charged, the game adds one random Quantum Feature to the queue. These features are triggered after the normal chain reactions end and can create additional winning opportunities.

The Quantum Features include:

• Implosion transforms 3–6 symbols into Wilds while removing all adjacent symbols.
• Alteration transforms one randomly selected one-eyed symbol type into another symbol across the entire grid.
• Demolition removes all symbols of one randomly selected one-eyed symbol type from the grid.
• Incision places a Wild symbol in the centre of the grid and creates two diagonal lines filled with the same random symbol.

Gargantoon and Instability

Gargantoon is a special Reactoonz feature that places a giant 3×3 Wild symbol on the game grid. It is activated once all five Quantum Leap meters have been fully charged. If the giant Wild does not immediately create new wins, it breaks apart into smaller Wild symbols, creating additional opportunities for new winning clusters.

If a game round starts without a winning combination, the Instability feature can add 4–8 Wild symbols to the grid, giving an otherwise losing round another chance to develop into a winning chain reaction.
